Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory for all occupants including sharer. The local police may request for a copy of the registration card with ID proof as per government order.
La Calypso reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.
Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking. Pre-termination is not allowed. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
The liability for my bill is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of La Calypso, Hotel charges. The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. The hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Digital Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
Visitors are not permitted in guest room after 10:00pm. Lady visitors not allowed in guest rooms with male occupants. In case of any visitors, the maybe entertained in our F&B outlets, public areas and lounges only.
Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case key cards are misplaced or lost. An INR 200 charge applies for each proximity Key card that is damaged or misplaced.
Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on Hotel / premises will incur INR 2500/- fine per occurrence, with the exception of smoking in designated smoking areas.
Gym Policy I agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised Gym, I do so at my own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage.
All F&B outlets and hotel facilities have opening and closing timings and request all guest to adhere to them. Pool timings are from 08:00am to 08:00pm. Gym timings are from 06:00am to 08:00pm. Restaurants timings for Breakfast – 07.30am to 10.30am, Lunch -12:30pm to 02:30pm and Dinner – 07:30am to 10:30pm. In room dining is open 24 hours.

Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.
The Company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.
The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, the credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of State of Goa Courts only.
