PUBLIC DISCLOSURE:

A) La Calypso Getaway ( 5 star) and  La Calypso beach hotel, are sister concern hotels in the same property and both are a unit of La Calypso Hotels Pvt. Ltd, referred as the  parent company; wherein all licenses and documentations both government and non-government statutory bodies,  accounting, registrations and similar related,  not limited to taxation are carried out in the name of the parent company's which is La Calypso Hotels Pvt. Ltd at its registered address, 712/B, Saunta Vaddo, Calangute-Baga road, Baga. 403516, for the ease of the guests, vendors and others. This is in accordance with the Companies Act 2013.

B) La Calypso Hotels Pvt. Ltd. have their own Independent Private Villas in the said property which may be sublet out in case of contingencies only due to overbooking of hotel rooms, technical and other contingencies, limitation of rooms per business requirements similarly not restricted to family & friends with proper documentation, as per product and service compliant.  This is with prior approval of the owners / directors and in their absence via their appointed General Manager of La Calypso Hotels Pvt Ltd.

C) La Calypso Hotels Pvt Ltd. may cross promotes their products and services on both their websites towards increasing the reach of the product, generating more touch points for clients and prospects, and attracting more potential guests to the product and services in good faith.
